A: Ketola/Targus Painting has been in business since 1977 and between the three owners alone, John Ketola and Tom and Stan Targus, we have 72 years of experience.

A: We use only major brand names such as Sherwin Williams, Kelly Moore, Parker, Rodda, Fuller O'Brien and Benjamin Moore.

Q: Where are you located and where do you service?
A: We are located in the city of Tumwater in Thurston County of Washington State. We mainly service Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Pierce and Grays Harbor Counties.

Q: What kind of painting do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in both interior and exterior work. We do commercial buildings and residential homes, new construction or repainting. We are very specialized in doing interior custom trim work.

Q: What do I need to send you for a on-line quote?
A: The more information about your project you can send us, the more accurate our estimate will be. Square footage of the house, deck, or room, new construction or remodel, color change, pictures of the building from different angles, age of building, and wood or structure condition is some of the information that would aid us in our estimate. Estimates are just that, an estimate. When we are on site we may see that more or less work may be necessary which would change the final price. Q: What happens if you find wood damage during the project?
A: Ketola/Targus Painting is a painting company by nature. If we discover minor carpentry problems with your building, we can fix them. Any major problems will be brought to your attention and we will suggest certain contractors who could fix the problem. The contractors we suggest are reliable, honest local companies that we have done work with in the past.
